You will get a customized strength and fitness plan that is created by Dr. Kurt Dallow, a sports medicine and family physician with over 30 years of experience, with daily support and accountability to keep you on track.

Help you meet your body's nutritional needs

You will also learn a new way of thinking about weight and health. Our philosophy is that healthy bodies come in all shapes and sizes and that weight loss is not the only path to optimal health and wellbeing. We’ll help you reject diet culture and develop a healthy relationship to food by honoring hunger, fullness, and satisfaction. You will also learn how to meet your body’s specific nutritional needs without dieting or deprivation.
