About Your Customized Fitness Assessment
One of the best things about Women in Motion is the customized fitness and strength assessment you will get by Kurt Dallow, MD, FACSM. Dr. Kurt has over 30 years of experience as a family and sports medicine physician. He is passionate about helping women in midlife get stronger and fitter so that they can not only do the physical activities they enjoy, but also reduce their risk for heart disease, diabetes, osteoporosis, and other chronic health conditions.
